Reservation


  • How to book an excursion?

    You can register by clicking on the "Book online" tab at the bottom of each description of our excursions.

  • How far in advance should we reserve?

    A minimum period of 7 days in advance is recommended. But in high season (from the end of December to the beginning of May), this period can be extended to 20 days.

  • From what age can we participate in excursions?

    There are no age limits for catamaran excursions (offered for children from 0 to 2 years old).

  • How can I pay?

    You only pay a deposit online (30€ per adult and 15€ per

  • Are there any contraindications for participating in our excursions?

    There are no restrictions regarding weight, height, age, or for pregnant women.

  • Where is the meeting point for our excursions located?

    All our excursions depart from our agency located at the Pointe du Bout marina, in the town of Trois-Ilets.

  • What are the meeting times for the different excursions?

  • Do you do a special meal for vegans?

    For the catamaran excursion, we can offer you a vegan meal.

  • Do you do children's menus?

    No, there is no children's menu, children can choose chicken or fish.

Bathing


  • Can we do catamaran excursions if we can't swim?

    Of course. First of all, you don't have to go in the water under any circumstances if you don't feel like it.

  • Can we bring our snorkeling equipment (masks, snorkels, etc.)?

    Yes quite. For health reasons and since the Covid crisis we no longer provide snorkeling equipment

dolphins


  • Are we sure to see the dolphins during the North Caribbean excursion by catamaran?

    We are lucky to be able to observe dolphins in their natural environment. These are wild animals and therefore cannot be 100% guaranteed to you. However, we are lucky to see them on 95% of our releases (about 345 per year).

  • Is there a good time to watch dolphins?

    No. They are present on our coasts all year round. However, they are a little rarer during the birth period (end of November-beginning of December).

  • Can you touch or swim with dolphins?

    No. First of all for health reasons (risk of disease transmission to dolphins) and safety because they are wild animals.

    Only the skipper is the decision maker regarding the feasibility of the excursion.
