GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF KATA MAMBO


Any reservation made with the company Kata Mambo implies unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs and the conditions of services and programs. The services and programs are clearly displayed and defined on the website:kata-mambo.com



Responsibility of the Organizer:


  • Kata Mambo may cancel an activity or excursion in case of failure to reach the minimum number of participants or for reasons of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, transport problems, breakdowns, strikes, etc.). In these cases, a full refund will be made without additional compensation.


  • Kata Mambo declines all responsibility for variations in weather conditions. No refund, even partial, will be granted for these reasons.


  • The presence of dolphins, being wild animals, cannot be 100% guaranteed.


Participant’s Responsibility:


In case of cancellation by the client, fees will be retained according to the cancellation deadline: 50% of the total price for a cancellation from 72 to 24 hours before the excursion, and 100% for a cancellation less than 24 hours before. In case of medical emergency, a medical certificate is necessary to avoid these fees.


Participant's obligation:


Passengers must arrive at the Kata Mambo office no later than 15 minutes before the boat departure indicated on the booking voucher. After this deadline, boarding will not be guaranteed.

Passengers are liable for any damage caused by them or any person in their care to the ship, its facilities and amenities, other passengers, staff and third parties.


Weapons: Passengers are strictly prohibited from taking on board firearms or bladed weapons, ammunition, explosives, fuel or any other flammable substances as well as any illicit product.


Minors:


Minors under 16 years of age on board the ship cannot travel alone. They must be accompanied by the person(s) in charge of parental authority during the excursion.

They may not move around the ship without being accompanied and must be constantly under the care of parents or any other accompanying person who is responsible for them.


Under no circumstances can the company and/or the captain be held responsible for any damage caused to minors in violation of what is stated above.


Security :


  • For the safety of all, passengers are required to follow the instructions given by the crew on board the catamarans.


  • Drinks are "open bar" on the boat, however, alcohol is to be consumed IN MODERATION, the captain (or any other member of the crew) reserves the right to prevent a passenger from drinking alcohol if he deems it useful for the safety of the passenger himself or of the other passengers present on board the catamaran.

Organizer's Responsibility:


Kata Mambo may cancel an activity or excursion if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for reasons of force majeure (unfavorable weather conditions, transportation issues, breakdowns, strikes, etc.). In such cases, a full refund will be provided without any additional compensation.


Kata Mambo accepts no liability for changes in weather conditions. No refunds, even partial, will be granted for these reasons.

It is strictly forbidden for passengers to bring firearms, bladed weapons, ammunition, explosives, fuels, or any other flammable substances as well as any illicit products on board.

Minors under 16 years of age on board the vessel cannot travel alone. They must be accompanied by the person(s) responsible for parental authority during the excursion.

They cannot move around the vessel unaccompanied and must always be under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is responsible for them.

Under no circumstances can the company and/or the captain be held liable for damages that occur to minors in violation of the above.


Safety:


For the safety of all, passengers must comply with the instructions given by the crew on board the catamarans.

Beverages are offered on an "open bar" basis on the boat; however, since alcohol should be consumed IN MODERATION, the captain (or any other crew member) reserves the right to prevent a passenger from drinking alcohol if they deem it necessary for the safety of the passenger or other passengers on board the catamaran.
